About
Are you feeling stuck? Overwhelmed with current life circumstances? Unsure of what your next step should be? Unfortunately, many individuals get caught up in these struggles and forget to reach out for help. This can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and overall dissatisfaction with life. Working with me will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can tell your story, gain insight into how it has impacted you, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. We will work together to define what that life looks like for you and create a plan to get you there.
I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I have spent the last four years working in the substance abuse field, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My approach draws heavily from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I know that contacting a therapist can be nerve-wracking, but I hope that you can take some deep breaths and reach out to me. Let's get started on your journey together!
