Hello, And Welcome to Well Within Counseling! My practice specializes in empowering clients who are trying to understand their past and its impact on their lives. Currently, my practice is focused on young adults to older adults. In order to increase their visions for success and happiness in their day to day lives; I inspire my clientele to sit with uncomfortable emotions and build new habits that will encourage looking at ones life through their own lens rather than another person's lens. This is achieved through a genuine and casual approach where you will feel included and heard while processing the challenges in your life.
You will receive and be encouraged to create a healthy toolbox of coping skills, allowing you to experience vulnerability in a safe environment which will result in effective change. My training and expertise are diverse; cognitive behavioral therapy, (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma informed care, EMDR.
