We can address unhealthy behaviors, toxic relationships, trauma and difficult life circumstances. I offer reduced rate fees for those who are uninsured or those who are experiencing financial difficulty.
I have over 6 years working with Substance use disorders as well as anxiety and depression. I use a cognitive behavioral approach when working with my clients. Motivational interviewing and person centered therapy will also play a huge role in our interactions. I am also a SNAP Recovery Coach (Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities).
