I work with clients who are ready to gain insight about themselves - their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and are ready for to acknowledge the struggles and patterns they can’t seem to change. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma, including complex trauma, relational wounding, attachment disruptions, and single-incident traumatic events. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate it as one of several evidence-based approaches to support healing, nervous-system regulation, and resilience.
