How do we hold on to what truly matters in a world that keeps drifting from intimacy, depth, and devotion? This is among the questions I seek to explore as a counselor, coach, and meditation teacher. With three degrees from Columbia University, including master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling, I aim to bring both intellectual rigor and spiritual depth to my work with individuals and couples.

My psychotherapeutic approach bridges contemplative practice, embodiment, and the science of sexuality. I draw on nearly two decades of training in the yogic arts, classical tantra, meditation, and embodiment to help clients move beyond insight into lived transformation.

I am anchored in the belief that intimacy with ourselves and others is not only possible, but necessary. You have the capacity to live more fully, emotionally, erotically, and authentically.
