Therapy is about finding what works best for you! Your goals are your goals. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, multi partnered, and adolescents that may be struggling with concerns in their behavior, emotions, or relationships. This may entail those experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, or wanting to navigate relationship obstacle's. I am also a fully trained Certified Sex Therapist from the National Sex Therapy Institute. As a sex therapist, I have further knowledge on intimacy, different sexual interests, lifestyles, ED/PE, mis-matched/low desire, sexual health & performance issues to name a few.

I am a holistic Solutions-Focused and Person-Centered counselor and I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to personalize the therapy experience to each unique person’s specific needs and personal goals. I'd be honored to join you on your healing journey!

I maintain the philosophy that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help you through this journey of life and to offer you a space to be open & understood.
