My approach blends insight with practical tools. I use CBT to work with thought and behavior patterns, IFS-informed parts work to build internal understanding, and attachment and systems perspectives to explore how identity, culture, and relationships shape your experience. We will develop and practice skills for coping, boundaries, and communication.
