I experience the work of therapy as a beautiful intersection of art, science, and spirituality. The spiritual aspect, for me, is in the sacred, intangible moments when someone opens up with bravery and vulnerability, moving toward healing not just in their mind, but in their heart and soul.
I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, birth trauma and postpartum issues, anxiety, OCD, depression, life stressors and adjustments, and Christian counseling. I primarily use EMDR and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and I also offer intensive EMDR sessions for those looking to make faster progress in a more concentrated time frame.
