As a counselor, my passion lies in supporting individuals on their journey toward mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. I am especially committed to working with those who have experienced trauma, honoring the strength it takes to confront pain and pursue healing. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to reclaim their stories. It is a true privilege to accompany others as they navigate their healing process, rediscover hope, and move toward a life marked not by what happened to them, but by their courage and capacity to grow.
I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and EMDR. I also draw from Attachment Theory and incorporate psychoeducation and bibliotherapy to support insight, learning, and personal growth.
