Depression, anxiety, ADHD, experiencing grief or trauma (or any other mental health concerns), can negatively impact your view of yourself, others, and the World, regardless of your age. This can also interfere with all areas of life including relationships (spouse, family, friends), work, school, and the ability to achieve your goals. However, there is hope through understanding where these views come from, you can begin to change them and heal from their impacts.
My clinical experience includes comprehensive assessments with children who have experienced trauma as well as counseling adult women with substance abuse disorders and legal involvement. I am also knowledgeable in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment theory, complex trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
I strive to provide an individualized and trauma-informed approach to therapy to meet the needs of my clients as I understand they are the expert on their lives. As a clinician, I believe that I can provide an outside perspective along with clinical knowledge and experience to guide you toward personal insights and healing, and remind you that you matter.
