My clinical experience includes comprehensive assessments with children who have experienced trauma as well as counseling adult women with substance abuse disorders and legal involvement. I am also knowledgeable in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment theory, complex trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
I strive to provide an individualized and trauma-informed approach to therapy to meet the needs of my clients as I understand they are the expert on their lives.
