I offer talk therapy, as well as nature-based therapy and equine-assisted sessions, where I integrate body-based, relational, and family systems approaches. I specialize in trauma, grief, and relationship work, and help clients rediscover safety, clarity, and connection — in their body, in their relationships, and in the natural world.

No prior experience with horses is needed. This workshop does not include horseback riding. Some of the techniques we will explore in this evening workshop include embodied mindfulness, communicating boundaries, and Family Constellations.
