I specialize in helping women and moms in Pennsylvania work through anxiety, trauma and the emotional load that comes with caregiving and life transitions. I value a compassionate, down to earth, real-world approach that makes space for both your healing and your whole, every-day self. If you are tired of functioning in the same dysfunctional patterns, I am here.

I will help you understand your triggers and emotional patterns, heal from past wounds that may be showing up in the present, set boundaries without shame or guilt, manage symptoms of burn out, anxiety and overstimulation, and help you reconnect with your true self. You're not too much, you are not failing, it's ok to ask for support.

Coming to therapy whether it is your first time, or you have been down this road before can be scary, overwhelming and exhausting. I get that. My job is to help make that process a little easier.
