In our work together, we’ll focus on both the strengths you already have and the new tools you can develop to navigate life’s ups and downs. My goal is for you to feel equipped with strategies that work for you—tools you can rely on when things feel tough. Using a trauma-informed approach, along with CBT and mindfulness, we'll find what works for you.
