Hi, I’m Chelsea! I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) at Worth Counseling. I earned my Master of Science in Counselor Education and bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have experience working with college students, faculty, and staff, and I now work with individuals, couples, and children across the lifespan.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, boundaries, trauma, attachment styles, emotional regulation, coping skills, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients in building healthier relationship patterns, strengthening their sense of self, and developing practical tools for managing overwhelming emotions.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I tailor sessions to your unique strengths and goals because therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I incorporate movies, music, games, and creative tools like chess to build insight and communication. I create a cozy, authentic space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.
