You’ve probably heard people talk about intuition and wondered, “What the heck is that, and why can’t I tell what’s mine?”. You notice a lot. You replay conversations, second-guess yourself, and still feel like it takes over in the moment. You hold it together as best you can, but underneath there’s overthinking, anxiety, or feeling too much or nothing at all. In relationships, you might take on more than your share or pull back when it gets overwhelming. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, PTSD or C-PTSD, focusing on relational patterns and building and practicing intimacy.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in attachment and the nervous system. I approach this work with an awareness of how systems do oppress and shape experiences, and I’m committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients and women of color. We focus on what your body learned to do to protect you and create space for change.

As a mother of three daughters, a partner, and a queer woman, I bring both lived and clinical experience into this work. If you’ve done the reflecting but still feel stuck, you’re not alone. You can show up as you are, even if it’s messy. What you’ve been carrying doesn’t have to be carried alone. We’ll figure it out together.
