About
Waitlist only! Please email for referrals! Will be INN with NC clients in 4-6 weeks. “My goal is to help others process difficult obstacles in their lives, by giving clients the skills and understanding to take back more control over their symptoms and increase overall quality of life. Difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and domestic abuse are only some of the stress that can impact us and keeps us from enjoying life in the present. If any of these goals match your desire to feel better and better enjoy life, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to working together to achieve your goals!
My years of therapy experience with Domestic Abuse & Violence Survivors, Anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Trauma Aftermath only increases my desire to help others discover their strengths and find empowerment. Clients are the experts on themselves, and sometimes we need a little extra help and guidance!
Seeking help takes courage and patience, especially with ourselves. Learning skills, self-compassion, mindfulness, and coping with life stressors are only some of the abilities that we can develop in the course of therapy and treatment. Engaging in therapy can help individuals feel like they have less stress, and more control over their lives!
