Have you ever walked into therapy to find yourself face to face with a clock while trying to find words to fill space, and then question what to do with your hands? I have. My space is bright and untraditional. It welcomes the messy through mediums that feel comfortable to you. Playing, creating, exploring, and opportunity to be uncensored and affirmed just as you are dropping societal norms at the door. The goal will never be to change who you are, but to help find your unique ways of advocating and navigating in our world.
I am a Neurodiversity Affirming Clinician. I am able to provide therapy through play, art, nature, and undefined communication affirming the authentic self. I work with all ages of Neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autistic, sensory differences, anxiety, OCD, searching for autonomy, learning differences, high and low support needs).
