I am a licensed professional counselor in both Georgia and Tennessee, and I believe that we aren’t meant to walk alone. I am humbled by the invitation to travel alongside you and be present in your most fragile moments. I firmly believe that there is no shame in feeling exactly what you are feeling and embracing those feelings fully. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, following a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from St. Petersburg College. My professional career has focused primarily on adolescent and young adult care.
I’ve also completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have experience working with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, adjustment issues, sexual trauma, and grief. Additionally, I have led trainings and partnered with Metro Nashville Police, the FBI, and other organizations.
I take a collaborative and holistic approach to understanding the season you’re in and exploring where you want to be. I know there is light ahead, and together, we’ll find it.
