Treatment is on your terms, I offer guidance and reflection without judgement to assist my clients in identifying what motivates them towards change in the most gentle and kind way. My clients have mild to moderate symptoms and appreciate my casual and friendly presence within facilitation of both clinical and holistic practices. I
I have extensive experience in the treatment of mood based disorders including depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Neurodivergent, and queer friendly.
