I'm Dr. Chelsea Dudley, a licensed psychologist and Director of Psychological Testing at Coastal Therapy Group. I help adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and life transitions using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.

My approach is rooted in ACT and trauma-focused therapy. I help you build psychological flexibility, identify what matters most, and move toward a meaningful life — even when things feel hard. As Testing Director, I provide psychological evaluations for ADHD, learning disabilities, academic concerns, and diagnostic clarity for children, teens, and adults.
