Hey! I'm SO happy to have you here. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist that works with individuals, families and couples providing them with the support and guidance needed to navigate life's ups and downs. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where my clients feel comfortable to come as they are and explore their strengths, overcome challenges, and build fulfilling, meaningful lives.

During my professional journey I've taken on various roles. I have an extensive background in facilitating group therapy, working with patients in crisis in an inpatient hospital setting as well as coaching clients of all ages to work towards achievable goals.
