About
I believe we all have the power within us to overcome any obstacle life throws our way. As a Licensed Master of Clinical Social Work, my job is to help empower, guide, and support you on your journey. I work with individuals who experience mild to severe symptoms of various mood disorders, personality disorders, environmental issues, and most importantly, are driven to create a positive change in their lives.
I have extensive experience working in crisis management, which has allowed me to work with many individuals with severe and persistent symptoms of mental health diagnoses and environmental issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, BPD, and others. I use CBT, DBT, positive psychology, validation, and empathy in my practice.
I want my client to feel they are in a safe, positive space with me. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental, solution-focused approach while I join you on your journey to health and happiness. My hope for my client is that I can help make connections and work in tandem with you to strive for overall health.
