As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) I have trained to provide support and guidance towards all aspects of a person. I have serviced a variety of populations such as: adolescents, adult 18+, families, and couples. I specialize in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing; however, I practice a person-centered approach for each patient to understand what will work best for them.
