I am originally from California, but Eugene has been my home for the past 30 years. The Pacific Northwest has shaped much of who I am, its pace, its seasons, and its quiet spaces for reflection. I am also a mother of two, which has given me a personal understanding of the complexity, beauty, and challenges that come with growth, identity, relationships, and change. These life experiences are foundational to how I show up as a counselor.
My approach to therapy is both deeply person-centered and grounded in existential philosophy. I believe that each individual has an inner capacity for healing, meaning-making, and transformation—and that my role is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.
