Hey there! My name is Chelsea and I'm excited to be apart of your journey. Many of us have experienced terrible situations that leave a lasting impact on our hearts. Whether you've struggled to maintain a relationship with your family or feel burnt-out from life, stress can weigh heavily on us. My guiding philosophy for your mental health is rooted in support, challenges, and encouragement, as I help you achieve a life that feels free, whole, and healthy. I offer mental health evaluations for various legal cases.

I have extensive experience working with adults who have experienced various forms of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I also specialize in grief counseling which allows me to support clients through the complex emotions that arise after a significant loss. I'm also an LGBTQ+ affirming and somatic trained therapist.

My ultimate goal is to empower clients to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, free from the burdens of trauma and grief. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey towards emotional wellness. I'm licensed in both VA, DE and FL.
