I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens with anxiety, ADHD, and other emotional, behavioral and social challenges. I believe in an individualized approach to therapy, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques, play therapy, social skills instruction, and emotional regulation strategies. My practice is aimed at ensuring that each client develops a healthy sense of self and feels equipped to handle the stressors of everyday life. I also believe in the significant role parents play in their child's wellbeing and, therefore, incorporate parent education and consultation as a key component of my approach.
