I utilize a client centered approach because I believe there isn’t a “one size fits all” for everyone when it comes to therapy. Working at a trauma agency is where I got my start, and I have continued to specialize in this area as I’ve grown. I utilize varies modalities in therapy, and consider EMDR when appropriate.
