Many of my clients struggle with internal and external challenges of being neurodivergent, relationship conflict, chronic emotional dysregulation, or the lingering effects of trauma.
My approach is rooted in strength based collaboration. I integrate somatic, skill building, cognitive, and solution focused approaches with up to date neuroscience to help you better understand yourself and others. I offer individual, group, and family sessions. I also offer diagnostic testing, evaulations, and accommodation letters for your school or work.
Together, we can explore root causes and find solutions to things within your control, and work through processing things that were never your fault.
