Ideally, working with individuals seeking transition and change would be the goal of the practice. I provide therapy within the states of Florida, Utah, and Massachusetts. My learned experience and clinical expertise are best utilized meeting people where they are and supporting them through the change process. I have applied this to varying populations including adolescents, Veterans, those experiencing challenges from attachment, grief, and trauma.
This objective of this practice is to provide a judgement free, clinical sounding board to support individuals, couples, and families facilitate healthy habits and reach their goals. By utilizing various therapeutic modalities and clinical interventions we aim to be provide support in creating balance within their personal lives.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and create personal wellness by identifying their intrinsic strengths and talents. We support individuals in achieving this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, and customizing a treatment plan of interventions and skills to support personal goals.
