As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I primarily focus on adult individuals and adolescent youth. I have experience working in women's health care, both medically and physically, through personal training and nutritional well being. I also focus on women going through menopause. We are navigating a challenging time in our world so I invite people in to explore the hard conversations related to our well being both spiritually and emotionally.
Your nervous system and body are also telling your story. Through intentional awareness and guidance, together we can learn to listen. Our brains and bodies are wired to keep us safe, both in the world and our relationships. Together we can begin exploring how your experiences shaped the beliefs about who you are how your body responds.
Therapy begins with relationship. I believe we begin to heal through healthy connections as well as learning how to safely communicate with one another. This process takes time and the courage to step in. If trust can germinate, new seeds can begin to grow. You are worth it!
