I will provide tools for you to use outside of the therapy room to build resilience or lessen anxiety.
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, specializing in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, and trainings in trauma-informed counseling and yoga, EMDR, neuroscience, Hakomi Mindfulness-Based Somatic Psychotherapy, Play-therapy, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, and body-centered psychotherapy.
