I draw forth your wisdom and resources to enhance the treatment process and build on what is already whole and healthy in you. I will provide tools for you to use outside of the therapy room to build resilience or lessen anxiety.
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, specializing in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, I am a certified Hakomi Psychotherapist, hold additional trainings in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, trauma-informed yoga, EMDR, neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, and Gestalt. I also offer supervision to LPCC's.
