I have been serving a variety of communities during my entire career. From depression and anxiety to Autism, Suicidality, and severe mental illness, I have worked with individuals from all backgrounds and am committed to providing the care you need. I used an approach of CBT, Solution-Focused, and Reality/Choice Theory; however, I don’t have a strict approach for each client, and instead cater to each client’s individual needs.
I look to work with clients who are focused on improving themselves and their concerns that they are presenting with, and know what their goals are.
I am direct, but also use some humor in sessions when appropriate. I use tones that are welcoming and hope to provide clients with a safe and comfortable environment.
