Life presents us with many challenges, and it is easy to feel bogged down or stuck in our negative patterns. I am committed to supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions. I have seen firsthand how hope and self compassion can propel each individual towards deep healing. Sometimes, words just aren’t enough, so I use a variety of interventions, such as art, psychodrama techniques, sandtray, and writing. Together, we will discover what works for you, and I will support you with warmth and acceptance as you work towards your vision for yourself.
I am Level I Certified in Advanced Trauma Treatment by the Ferentz Institute. In addition, I use many of the principles taught in Internal Family Systems, an approach that I believe can help every individual discover true inner calm and self love. I also have training in Psychodrama and other expressive therapies.
Fostering a safe, trusting bond with clients is my top priority, as the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components to a successful therapy experience.
