I have extensive experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults that have experienced struggles with self esteem, self confidence, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders and adjustment to major life changes. In addition to my experience working with teens and young adults, I have a passion for working with individuals and families that are facing the challenges of transitioning, managing, and adjusting to parenthood or facing Perinatal Mood Disorders.
I have been working in the mental health field for the past 12 years in many different capacities such as Residential Treatment, Community Mental Health, and Crisis intervention. These experiences included working with clients in diverse settings. Healing is done one step at a time.
