I am a AuADHD licensed professional counselor serving adults with a specialized focus on neuropsychotheraputic conditions, providing assessment/evaluation and diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, trauma, etc,. I am committed to providing compassionate, safe, inclusive and effective care to individuals seeking navigation, guidance and support for a variety of challenges.
I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership, fostering a safe and understanding environment where individuals can explore their own unique perspectives. I have a special understanding for those that feel as if they are an alien on another planet trying to learn the language. I help to create a space where being different is celebrated.
I've been in the mental health field the past seventeen years with adults and families including time spent working with the military and community mental health. I have a military background and an understanding of military trauma. I have an MA in Clinical mental health with Neurotheraputic focus. I am trained in EMDR and a certified Neuropsychotherapist.
