However, it can also throw us challenges leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or physically and emotionally unwell. If you find yourself in this space, know that your mind and body are trying to communicate that something needs attention. Approaching change can be intimidating, but you don't need to navigate it alone. I will create a warm, safe space, free of judgment, to guide you towards self-discovery and resilience.
My clients include children, adolescents, or adults. I treat concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, etc. I have a special interest in CBT and Psychodynamic theories, while maintaining an eclectic approach recognizing that each client has unique therapy needs. If requested, I can provide counseling from a Christian Worldview.
There is bravery and strength in looking inward and investing in yourself. I look forward to working together to more deeply understand your life story, identify patterns, and connect opportunities for growth.
