Hi, I’m Chastidy Boutin, LCSW. I earned my MSW degree in 2021. Since then, I’ve worked with both adults and children across the lifespan, supporting people through their needs. Some of the challenges you will find most of my patients struggle with are anxiety, ADHD/Neurodiversity, addictive behaviors, complex trauma, inner family abuse/ dysfunctional dynamics, and those with separated and/or blended families.

I have specialized experience with military members and veterans. Additionally, a strong niche in dysfunctional family systems, particularly those shaped by narcissistic parents. With younger clients, I use play-based approaches to help them process emotions safely and developmentally. I provide individual intensives and couples EMDR focused sessions.

I tailor treatment using a range of evidence-based modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, DBT/RO-DBT, CPT, CBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness, IFS, and play-based interventions. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard and supported. My office is very neurodivergent/sensory friendly with encouragement to utilize fidget toys & weighted blankets.
