I am an Associate Licensed Counselor with experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and adult women. In my practice I have worked primarily with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD, trauma, suicidal and homicidal ideations, as well as peer and family relationships.
I offer a holistic approach and want to help change unwanted thoughts and behaviors. I use mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My approach is collaborative and centered around the individual.
