My goal as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is to communicate and build rapport with children, adults, and families so they can function, participate and develop in their environments. My approach is a combination of cognitive-behavioral theory, solution focused, TF-CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing that is tailored to meet your specific needs.
My counseling style is interactive, warm, and client paced with the goal of providing a safe place where clients feel they can discuss their problems without judgment. Life can be overwhelming, scary, and difficult. I will be here to support you every step of the way, and assist you in overcoming any obstacles you face.
