My focus is in assisting women and girls heal from trauma and anxiety related disorders. I use Rapid Resolution Therapy, which is a painless way to help people heal. I love that my clients do not have fo re-experince painful memories to heal from the effects of those experiences. RRT is a gentle, solution focused therapy, and my clients experience immediate relief even after one session! I am a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and there are hypnotic components to RRT which allows for deep healing of patterns, creating space for new healthy patterns. My intention is to create an environment that promotes healing and transformation. I have been counseling for over 10 years. Healing should not be painful.
