With a specialization in Military Culture, I have 10+ years of experience supporting service members and their families and have gained experience working with a diverse population.
As a military spouse myself for thirteen years, I believe that my personal and professional experiences with military families has fostered my development as a counselor and connects me to the military and first responder community. I specialize in working with PTSD, TBI related injuries, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges.
I am most passionate towards working with individuals, couples, and families and believe that every individual is unique and deserves a type of therapy that tailors to the specific needs of the patient.
