Chasing Symmetry believes in the transformative power of healing through restoring balance and intentional stress management. The pitfalls in life are often a result of imbalance and lack of authentic connection of a person's work or stresses to a purpose that drives optimism for the journey. Chasing Symmetry focuses on alcohol use and associated issues such as stress and depression.
For alcohol issues, I facilitate a Cognitive Behavioral approach (CBT) for establishing a plan for reaching a client's goals and rely heavily on psychoeducation and health education for change motivation. I welcome each client where they are on their journey and always lean on talk therapy to establish a supporting relationship.
