Hi! I provide individual psychotherapy for youth & adults experiencing depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, trauma, gender dysphoria, autism, borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder as well as couples counseling in areas of communication, intimacy, conflict, finances, attachment, trust, values & love languages and premarital counseling. I work from diverse modalities/techniques including DBT, Strengths-Based, EMDR, Person-Centered, Solutions-Focused, Brief Solution Focused, Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment, Gottman Method & more.
I provide help and support to anyone who would like to work with me including diverse communities such as Women, LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, Immigrants, Law Enforcement, Military and more. In my approach, I strive to be empathetic, compassionate, kind, nonjudgemental, collaborative and seek to understand.
I strive to work from being culturally-responsive, trauma-informed and holistic while using evidence-based interventions to help and support people blossom, grow and heal.
