For several decades, I served as Outpatient Director where I provided mental health and addiction services while overseeing the clinical work of dozens of therapists. I have taught at the graduate level and supervised interns. With this breadth of experience, I can provide my clients with an approach that is tailored to their specific needs.
My basic goal is to create an environment that allows clients to openly consider changes that would ultimately improve their current situation. We would then design a sensible implementation plan. Through every step, I offer structure, support, guidance, tools, compassion and occasional humor until goals are achieved, while placing a strong emphasis on overall wellness.
