Hi, I am Chase Monroe, I have both a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Master of Science in clinical mental health. I work with individuals, couples, and families. No mater what you are going through we will work together and build a life that feels manageable again. I have experience working with people who have Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Bi-polar 1 & 2, PTSD, and Sexual Trauma. I use trauma informed and gender affirming care. I work with all peoples no mater their background straight, LGBTQIA, and Kink. I am virtual so we can meet anywhere that suits you best and provides you enough privacy.
In our sessions I will walk with you through what is on your mind, what you want to work on, and challenge you on areas that will help you grow. I use a Cognitive Behavioral therapy and several other therapy styles to best suit your needs, because therapy is not one size fits all, you are a unique person with unique experiences.
I am here to provide you with judgment free and compassion driven therapy. Life gets messy, overwhelming, and maybe even intolerable. I am happy to be the therapist to help untangle the mess so you breath just a little easer every day. Supervised by Dr. Simpson LPC-S TXLIC 182523
