I am Chase Jennette, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience as a therapist. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, and many other concerns. I have 4 years of experience working with patients in addiction and recovery, both in individual and group therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, inpatient care, and private practice. I take a person-centered approach to therapy and believe that success comes from finding happiness and a greater sense of control in your life
I received my Master of Social Work from UNLV, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In my practice, I employ multiple evidence-based approaches to support patients on their therapy journey, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the Matrix model recovery.
I have a personal journey with mental health as someone who also experiences anxiety and depression. I understand how personal and brave it can be to open up to someone about your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, I know how empowering and uplifting this process can be, and I’m committed to providing a safe, supportive space for individuals.
