I have been working in the mental health field for 12 years. I have made it my career goal to help others during their most vulnerable moments. My hope is to help navigate the issues in your life so you have the confidence to tackle life's issues whatever they may be, and give you a greater sense of freedom.
My treatment approach is based around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is trauma informed. I also use family systems. I use a Client Centered approach and strength-based techniques. I can give you a foundation for managing your life and emotions. I love instilling self-confidence, helping you feel and cope with feelings and tackling tough issues.
