I provide telehealth to clients in the state of Maryland, North Carolina and Ohio. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, conflict management and adjustment related issues. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psycho-Education and Eastern Medicine. These treatment modalities have been found to effectively treat the above mentioned conditions.

I’m from the east side of Cleveland navigating through traveling the world while assisting others. I have great rapport building skills, as well as having the ability to make people feel good in their own skin.
