Many of the adults and teens I work with are self-aware, high functioning, and tired of overthinking everything without feeling better. I work those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, boundary issues, and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating infertility, reproductive grief, and the emotional weight of fertility treatment. I support expecting and new parents navigating perinatal anxiety, postpartum depression, identity shifts, and increased stress.

I meet you where you are in your grief, your depression, anxiety, or struggles and I celebrate the wins with you, big or small. Using evidenced based approaches along with real life sincerity and care, we will work on your goals together.
